Conditions for Return

- Custom or personalized items
Exchange Process
We offer exchanges only—no refunds. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at dickhunter@squirt.org within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Shipping
We will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo of the damage to our customer service team at dickhunter@squirt.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Returns
We gladly ship internationally. However, we do not have a separate returns policy for international orders. The same 30-day return window and conditions apply.
